These guys suck at there job and the guy in the office is very disrespectful would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all tried to change the price for diagnosing my car after we singed papers with the price very unprofessional And not only the verbal service was bad they told me it should take 2 hours to find out what’s wrong they took 2 days and I had no updates what so ever and when I called the second day it was there the guy in the office was very rude not ever referring anyone to this shop and never coming back myself. (Be better and Honor your word)

I had an incredible experience at East Hawaii Auto Center with a truck I purchased as is from a car dealer. The car was evaluated and the evaluation came out as no surprise. 8 problems with the truck that I expected. Perfect calls from the staff. I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and the friendliness of the staff. Repair costs were no surprise either.

Best Auto shop I've been to. Extremely transparent about pricing and quickly got me in for inspection. Very good communication skills and friendly staff. They fixed everything on my Mustang that I needed so far to get everything in good shape! These are some of the things they fixed/ or are still repairing: Paracidic battery drain Air-conditioning Cooling Fan Resistor Thermostat Housing Belt Tensioner Pulley Tie Rods Stabilizer Bar Link Kit (Front, Both Sides) Stabilizer Bar Link Kit (Rear, Both Sides) Update: I will no longer go to this place. They charged me for a Battery $300 when I told them I had the battery tested at Autozone it was fine. They swore this would fix the problem they lied to me! Not only that they put a Battery in my car with bad cells when I had it tested. They stole my good battery! This has been mentally and emotionally draining. I gave them every chance to fix the issue because there was Paracidic drain. They were incompetent wasted time and money! They decided they couldn't fix the issue and left me to do it myself. Terrible mechanics and no accountability. Everything was fine when I was giving them thousands of my hard earned money. When it comes time for

I took my wife’s Nissan in for a repair I couldn’t figure out, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Professional and friendly staff, amazing communication, and quality work. Kalani diagnosed the problem, called and gave me a fair and upfront quote, was honest about probable delays on parts, and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. East Hawaii Auto has some of the best mechanics around. They are extremely knowledgeable and versed in their craft and work on all types of vehicles from minor issues to major problems. They are reliable, honest, and have absolutely stellar customer service. I have never had a bad experience when taking my vehicle there. I highly recommend this auto shop for all of your automotive needs.
